Description
It's always possible to sustain your organization while discovering new frontiers provided that you commit to align your people and the organization to your collective goal. In some occasions, you must restrain yourself from jumping in to grab an opportunity because some of them can do your organization more harm than good in the future. For a sales leader, selecting from a variety of opportunities can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when you have many resources at your disposal. Your uncertain tenure may tempt you to gamble with whatever you've got because you know you can't remain in your position forever.
