Analytical Problem Solving Workshop

Description

Analytical Problem Solving Workshop is a course that allows you to use structured tools and techniques to identify problems, their likely causes, and to propose solutions that will solve the problem and prevent it from recurring. 

After the course, you will:

  1. Propose problem statements and their corresponding causes;
  2. Propose solutions given a problem solving framework;  
  3. List down risks and mitigate them; and 
  4. Apply the PSDM concepts to real world problems.

    • The problem solving framework
    • Case Discussion
  • Day II
    • Framework for change management
    • Risk management and mitigation
    • Group/individual presentations of initiatives where PSDM is applied
    • Critiquing and open forum
